Elon Van Helsing ($EVH)

Deep in a dark and foreboding swamp in the Eastern United States lies a crypt.  Inside this crypt sit several overly ornate coffins containing ageless Corruptions who, for centuries, have been making promises, telling lies, and buying souls under the guise of doing good.  Their dark taint corrupts all who fall for their flattery and become compromised due to greed and incompetence. 

Some monster hunters go after werewolves, goblins, ghouls and the like, Elon Van Helsing ($EVH) hunts much larger and more dangerous game, Corruption itself. USAID, HHS, IRS, or even Fort Knox will be put under the proverbial microscope to find and root out Corruption.

These Sisters have been warned against for a long time and in many places.

For Example, written in 1951, the California Government Code section 53087.6(f)(4) collectively defines “Fraud, waste, or abuse” or “improper governmental activity” as “any activity by a local agency, employee, or contractor or subcontractor that may be in violation of any local, state, or federal law, ordinance, or regulation relating to corruption, malfeasance, bribery, theft of government property, fraudulent claims, fraud, coercion, conversion, malicious prosecution, misuse or misappropriation of government property, funds, or resources, or willful omission to perform a duty, is economically wasteful, or involves gross misconduct.”

Virtually every state and federal agency has training on and even hotlines to report Fraud, Waste and Abuse. Use them!

$1 Trillion in waste identified by U.S. Senator, including $10 billion spent on empty buildings.

Air Force paid $1,300 per coffee cup for one of its planes. Go ahead, spin this.

In 2008, Californians were told it would cost $33 billion for highspeed rail and would be completed by 2020. It is now 2025 and they are being told the project needs another $100 billion! Fraud of Waste (incompetence) or both?
